Anything left at “Not set” is asked about instead of guessed. Self-identification is optional, and every field defaults to “Decline to answer”.

Pause and ask
A required question HVNTR can’t answer truthfully pauses that job and comes to you. The job is never silently skipped, and the portal keeps running.
CAPTCHAs never solved
CAPTCHAs and security checks are left alone. HVNTR only notes that one was there.
One application, even after a crash
Submits are recorded before the click happens, so a crash can’t cause a second application.
A stop after repeated failures
After 5 failures in a row on a portal, that portal pauses until midnight.
One portal at a time
Never in parallel, with 15–30 seconds between applications and a daily cap of 75 per portal by default.

Questions like “what other jobs are you applying for”, export control, or a required free-text answer are never filled in for you. That one job waits for you; everything else carries on.

LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed and Lever apply in full auto by default. Switch any of them to review mode, or turn a portal off, at any time. Greenhouse never submits — you always press Submit.
