Yes. HVNTR runs in your own Chrome, in its own window. Keep that window open and at least partly visible while it works.

At a human pace: one portal at a time, never in parallel, with 15–30 seconds between applications by default, a cool-down between search rounds and a daily cap of 75 per portal.

No. Every job is checked against your history first, so the same role on two portals gets one application. Submits are recorded before the click happens, so even a crash can’t cause a second application.

It answers from your profile and rules first, then from answers you’ve saved, then from an optional local AI. There’s no paid AI, no proxies and no CAPTCHA service. Sensitive questions are never sent to AI.

No. You log into job portals in your own browser tabs; HVNTR never asks for or stores your portal passwords.

That job pauses and the question comes to you in the side panel; the portal keeps going. Answer it once with Save & retry and it’s saved for next time, or press Skip job. Work authorization, sponsorship, citizenship, clearance, criminal history, EEO, salary and export-control questions only ever get answers you entered yourself.

Yes — dry run is on for every fresh install. HVNTR fills every form and never submits. Going live asks you to confirm: “This will submit real applications.”

Never. CAPTCHAs and security checks are left alone; HVNTR only notes that one was there.

In Chrome’s local extension storage on your own device. It isn’t sent to our servers; your answers go to the job portals you choose, not to us. Uninstalling the extension removes it.

Your account email, subscription status and billing history. Payments go through Stripe, so we never see your card number. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

HVNTR keeps working for up to 72 hours if our server can’t be reached, then pauses until your subscription can be confirmed.
