Add HVNTR to Chrome
Create your account, then add your details and resume once.

Fill in your profile once
A few tabs, filled once. The side panel lists anything that is still missing.
- Profile
- Name, contact details, experience, education, skills and a short summary.
- Work authorization
- Whether you’re authorized to work in the US and need sponsorship. Anything left at “Not set” is asked about instead of guessed.
- Self-identification
- Optional. Every field defaults to “Decline to answer”.
- Job targeting
- Titles, locations, workplace types, seniority, exclusions, Greenhouse boards and Lever companies.
- Resume
- Upload your PDF.

Log into your portals once
Use your own accounts in your own browser. HVNTR never asks for those passwords.

Press Start
Check the badge first: DRY RUN fills every form and never submits. To submit for real, press Go live and confirm “This will submit real applications.”

It works portal by portal
HVNTR opens its own window and works through your enabled portals one at a time — never in parallel. Keep that window open and at least partly visible.
- Paced like a person
- 15–30 seconds between applications by default, and a cool-down between search rounds. The panel shows when the next round starts.
- Paused means paused
- While paused, nothing is scheduled until you press Resume.

What it applied to, what it skipped and why, and anything waiting for your answer — all in one panel.
When a job needs your answer
It asks. It never guesses.
Some questions HVNTR must never answer for you. When it meets one, that job pauses, the portal keeps going, and the question appears at the top of the side panel.
- Save & retry
- Your answer is saved for next time and the job is retried next. Any other paused job that asked the same question is released too.
- Skip job
- The job stays skipped.
Only this job waits. The portal keeps going.

Answers you’ve saved
Every Save & retry becomes an answer HVNTR can reuse on the next form that asks.
An optional local AI
If you set one up. If it’s down, HVNTR keeps going on rules and saved answers and shows “Rules only — AI unavailable”.
Only answers you entered yourself, for
Sensitive questions are answered from your profile only — never guessed, never sent to AI.
