What happens on Greenhouse.

Reads the open roles on your list of Greenhouse company boards.

Checks every job against your history first.

Fills the application, uploads your resume and finds Submit again after the form re-renders.

Highlights Submit and waits for you. It never presses it itself.
Why assist-only
Greenhouse forms are full of employer-specific questions that need your answer, so full auto would mostly stop on those anyway.
Your answers, kept
Answers you give are saved, so the next form that asks the same question is filled for you.

Never. HVNTR highlights Submit and waits for you.
Set on Greenhouse's card in Settings → Pacing & limits. You can turn Greenhouse off there at any time.
